Budding artists aged 7-11 are invited to create their very own piece of street art at Birmingham Cathedral during half term!
Children will take part in a day of workshops, using spray paint and other street art methods. They will create something to take home, but also contribute to a larger piece of work to be kept at the cathedral.
These exciting workshops follow the popularity of Joe Miles' street art inspired by our stained-glass windows, created on our east end hoarding during our conservation works in 2023.
The sessions will be overseen by our Head of Learning, and supported by our fully DBS-checked education guides.
*Ages 7 – 11
*Lunch included
*FREE (places are limited so must be booked in advance)
*Booking: https://birminghamcathedral.com/sign-up-for-our-graffiti-art-holiday-club/
We are able to offer this opportunity free of charge, including the provision of lunch for all children, thanks to the generous support of National Lottery Players, via a grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of the Divine Beauty Project.
